Câu trả lời

The key difference between Proof of Work (PoW) and Proof of Stake (PoS) is the way they validate transactions and secure the blockchain network.

In a PoW system, miners use computational power to solve complex mathematical problems in order to validate transactions and add new blocks to the blockchain. The miner who solves the problem first is rewarded with cryptocurrency. This process requires a lot of energy and computing power.[1][3]

In contrast, a PoS system does not rely on mining. Instead, validators are chosen to validate transactions based on the amount of cryptocurrency they hold (their "stake"). Validators with more stake have a higher chance of being selected to validate the next block and earn the rewards. PoS is generally more energy-efficient than PoW.[1][4]

Some other key differences:

  • PoW is more decentralized as mining is open to anyone with computing power, while PoS concentrates power with larger stakeholders.[1][3]
  • PoW is more secure against 51% attacks since it would require controlling a majority of the network's computing p...
